We played outside most of the day and Liza was a trooper loving every minute of it!
Poor Jojo...he started feeling bad but still spent time outside with the fam. This rope ladder game was a ton of fun :)
Papaw tried his best to coach me in ping pong, but alas, I just don't have skillsssss...

That evening we went into Pismo Beach for dinner at Ventana, a local restaurant. Bree chose it for is based on the spectacular views. It was a delightful dinner :)

Our California vacation was a success! Don't get me wrong, I'm majorly bummed I never even got to touch or hold my niece (Mmmmmmaaajorly bummed!) and we only got to give Jarred hugs goodbye. We just had to make the most of it, because unfortunately, we aren't mega-millionaires and couldn't afford to reschedule our flights and house. It was a lot of fun and the house we stayed in made it all the worthwhile.
Next year these Minefee folks are gonna try to meet somewhere halfway...any suggestions, friends?
