Yummy-Easy-Delicious-NO mess-NO fuss-Beer Bread!

That's right, folks, it's yummy. It's easy. There is no mess. And it's bread. Made with beer. Carbs AND carbs AND butter!!! Life doesn't get much better.

Here is what you need:

I have used all different types of beer for this recipe. Dark beer. Blonde beer. Gross beer. Delicious beer. Light beer. It really makes no difference. There is a slight flavor variation but never enough that I ever prefer one beer over another.

Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the butter. You save that :) Pour into a loaf pan (that you Pam or Crisco first!).

Bake at 350 degrees for forty minutes.

After forty minutes, melt your butter and pour it over the top. Then bake for ten more minutes.

I dip a fork into mine to make sure it's not gooey in the middle. If it is, let it bake for 5-10 more minutes, covering the top with foil so that it doesn't brown.

Aaaand, you're done! Go impress your friends or family with your new bread recipe! I guarantee you someone will ask, "do you have a bread maker?" To which you can reply, "Yes. Yes I do. It's super sleek and sexy and it's me ;)."

Oh, if you're going to a party, wrap it up cutely with some parchment paper and bakers twine.

Happy baking!!!!!!
